How to order the bespoke paper bags/boxes?

We specialize in supplying customized bags/boxes to almost any colors,size or design your require for your business,promotional or special event needs.

1. You can send us an email to discuss your bag/box requirements.

We will ask you questions such as:

- design (eg: logo, image) on a die line template
- size of bag / box
- style of bag / box
- what the bag / box will be used for 
- what printing will be required 
- colour of bag / box
- what date you need the bags / boxes for
- what quantity you require                                                                                                        advise us if you wish to purchase a sample or go ahead with the bulk order. Before the bulk order,if you need samples,we need to charge you the sampling fees.

Your kind answer more detailed,that will help us to quote very precisely.

As part of the service we can supply you with a dieline template, If the template is very complicated we will request for you to supply us with the dieline, or you are welcome to work with our Packaging Designer who will provide you for the service.

2. We will discuss your bag / box needs with our Production department.
We will discuss your bag / box needs with our Production department and Packaging Technicians. We will be able to suggest  the best type of bag or box for your needs (thickness of paper etc).

3. We will email you a quote with the following information:
-  the information you have provided us with (size, colour, shape, printing requirements etc) and possibly our recommendations
- the turn around time
- the FOB pricing for the bag / box

4. We will send you the Proformal Invoice to make the deposit for the bulk order.

- Once you have confirmed our prices and everything is clear,we will send you the PI for making the deposit,Our paying method: 30% T T deposit, the balance will be against the copy of Bill of lading. If you need the goods urgently,you'd like to use sending by air, we need to receive 100% amount before sending your order out by air.

Please kindly be sure there is no changes anymore for your products if we have started your order for printing due to the customized nature of your order.

5. We will strictly inspect every single piece of paper bag/box to make sure quality for bespoke paper bags/boxes

- For any bespoke paper bags/boxes,we guarantee 100% good quality for every single piece. No matter by sea or by air,we will use the strongest outer cartons to make sure the transit not causing any breaks. If finally bad things happened, do not worry. My company will be fully responsible and offer you the compensation.

6. We can organize a courier to deliver your bags/boxes to your door.
